This information will allow the Institute Management team to check that your event is an appropriate use of Institute facilities, and if so to indicate availability, so that you can proceed to make a firm booking if you wish.

Nominal times are: Morning 09:00-13:00, Afternoon 13:00-18:00 and Evening 18:00-23:00 Small changes in these times can be requested if it does not impact other users but are entirely at the discretion of the Institute Management Committee.
